Busy Busy

Now that we are in Florida near so many Friends and Family we are staying busy. Ramon is getting bigger everyday and soon I may enroll him in part time daycare. Although Ramon and I have tons of fun, I feel he could use some more time with kids his age. Aside from that all is well and everyone is happy.

Back to the routine

OK, all moved and back to the routine. It's been almost two months since my last post and I am sure you guys want a Ramon update. We are back in Florida and only about 30mins to an hour away from family. Ramon is talking up a storm and testing his limits. It's nice to have help and even a break when taking care of a toddler with sooooo much energy. Next week we are looking at our first appointment with our new doctor. I will let you know how it goes. Meanwhile Ramon has already been to Universal once and some kind friends took us over to Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Ramon is having a ball out here. I do miss the weather in Cali and the parks in LA but we will make do with a our yard. Tons of photos on there way. TTFN

Some Fun Pics

Ramon is slowly picking up on words and quickly learning how to get in trouble. It's great to be home and see him grow and learn.

Eating like a champ

Ramon has built up a pretty good hunger. Before he would pick at food here and there but now he sits down and eats pretty healthy. We are doing our best to have as much fun as possible but sometimes he goes nuts and does some pretty crazy things. Wish we had cameras built in to our eyes.

Keeping up is so hard to do

Ramon is a fireball of energy, and keeping up with him really takes a lot of work. Someday I feel that he knows just how to push all my "Daddy Head Go Boom!!!" button but luckily he know how to push the "Dad Laugh Till He Pees!!!!" button too. What a great child. He is growing so fast it's becoming hard to maintain clothes on him. Having a kid make you realize how much your own mother and father had to do for you. Thanks mom for everything.

Beach time fun

This week I took Ramon out to get some new kicks and took him to the beach to show them off. He loved playing in the sand and chasing seagulls. Can't wait to do it again soon but we are going to have to bring Liz otherwise it just not fair to have so much fun with out her.

Got away

Wow February just got away from me. Never fear though I will be more focused this month. Here are so neat photos I took using my phone that I never manage to post some old some new. I love the one where Ramon eats sushi. No worries though it just avocado sushi.

One Year Down

Yesterday was Ramon's first birthday!!! We did a very small celebration, but his party is going to be Saturday. He is 28in long, 18lb 6oz. Yeah he a light weight but he's very active so it's OK. We got the go ahead on milk and just about anything except chocking hazards, like whole nuts. Ready for another year of fun and adventure.

Having Fun!!

This week has been better to us. We are feeling better now that the coughs and sniffles are going away. Which of coarse leaves us time for more fun. With Ramon's first birthday coming up fast we decided to have some fun with paint and fingers... oh what a mess paint everywhere. It was loads of fun.

Ring In the New Year

Well 2010 is over and 2011 has begun. While we enjoyed visiting everyone on the east coast it's good to be home. Ramon's first Christmas involved, getting lot of toys, crying in Santa's lap(picture to come later), playing with friends and family, getting sick for the first time, being nipped at by a dog, his first pig roast and two more new teeth. All in all things went well. He's still sick but we'll being seeing the doctor soon. Funny that being sick doesn't seem to slow him down at all. Thanks to everyone for all the great gifts, Ramon and I will enjoy many hours of play time with all the new stuff. TTFN
