Once a week... maybe

Wow, my daily Blog is becoming a once a week Blog. Well Mima and Papa Lolli have returned to Georgia, and thing in the house are returning to normal. Penny is missing the extra humans and Ramon is beginning a strict sleep training. I think It's going to be tougher on us then him. We have gotten use to having him in our bed.

This past week he got to enjoy a very crowded Comic Con, of course he did great...what a champ. He has also begun saying "dadadadadadada" which I hope will lead to Dada. Of course right now it just mumbles but we'll get there. Oh and we started to play with Legos... well sort of.

Just Plain Lazy

Sorry folks, I'm just getting plain lazy. Ramon is still working on being sleep trained, and this poor little voice couldn't be anymore horsed. We're getting plenty of play time and enjoying tons of laughs. Bonus MiMa and Papa Lolli are in town so more love for Ramon... and Penny.

Heart break

Nothing like listening to your child cry. We're training Ramon to self-sooth him self to sleep... which means we're letting him cry him self to sleep. It's tough to watch your child cry and not intervene. I'll have to post new photos later as they in a different location.

Rolling, Rolling, Rolling

What fun, Ramon is rolling from his tummy to his back, and from his back to his tummy. Doesn't sound like much but it's fun to watch. It's getting pretty warm here so I think we might try some frozen juice boxes.

working on a walk

Today Ramon has decided that he will be trying his hand at walking. He of course needs help but he is moving those feet in rhythm and with purpose. We going to be ventureing in to the world of prunes today, let's hope it is not to messy.

Oops

Sorry folks I fell behind on my daily posting. No worries though, looks like Ramon and I are getting a pretty good schedule down and even Penny is getting her much needed attention. Ramon and I phave gone to the zoo and the mall on our own but it's a little hard to take photos with out a third person, so you'll have to wait until mommy can join us.
Ramon has learn he has a voice and he's enjoying making high pitch squealing noises. He also able to sit up on his own for a pretty lengthy amount of time, so I'm pretty excited about that. I have determined that my day can be summed up in two words Pooper Scooper. If I'm not changing a very messy diaper, I'm picking up after Penny during one of our three daily walks. Oh the joys of growing up.

From today foward I'm going to try and post new and old photos, enjoy!!

Another day

I missed my posting yesterday so I'm going for a triple pic today to make up for it. Ramon has been pretty cranky the last two days, because he's been holding out on a poop. He finally let it out today and things got better, but he's had me on my toes. He's been getting better at sleeping in his crib and sitting on his own. Ramon has also been getting more vocal a lot of screaming and baby babble. It's been lots of fun.

Vacation

Ah... we have returned from vacation and are working on getting back to our regular scheduled program. We had a great time visiting friends and family. We did great on the plane even after a horrible 20hr lay over in Minneapolis (thanks Delta, never flying out of Minneapolis again). We swam in Abuela's pool and enjoyed seeing Abuelo's garden. We spent time with Papa Lolli and got to see Mima again. Ramon saw a lot of people, uncles, aunts, and cousins for the first time. We have a few pictures but we didn't enough with them holding Ramon. Luckily we planing to return around chirstmas and we'll be sure to collect more photos then.
