Punch, Kick, Punch, Kick

Man, oh man Ramon was all over the place today. I did great for mom, but for dad it was a punch kick all day long. Now we're prepping for our trip to the south east USA.

Oh the pain of Teeth

Today poor Ramon was miserable... which made daddy nuts. Mommy eventually came to my rescue. Now the craziness is over and Ramon is laughing, and daddy is relaxing. What a fun day.

Great father's day weekend

So it was a great father's day weekend. Ramon got baby crayons, so he can be taught by a master and I got a Zoo membership so I can take him out to learn. Spent some time at Santa Monica Pier with some family friends and got an annual pass and went to Disney. It was a great weekend. Ramon did well and enjoyed the new Disney water show. He also got his first Disney hat. I'll Add more photos later be here is one to hold you over.

A day like any other

Today was a day like any other. We played, we laughed, we pooped. I have determined Ramon doesn't like the taste of baby food bananas. He can eat his apples in one sitting, he can barely get through two spoons of bananas.

No rest for the cute

Ramon woke up at 3am... good times. Daddy is tired and Ramon is restless, but on the bright side he finished a whole jar of apples in one sitting. We watched Toy Story and Toy Story 2 today but other then that today was pretty smooth.

Holy Poops

Today Ramon dropped a poop that can fill a bucket. Other then that today we didn't do much. We played and laughed a ton and we ate a whole 2.5 oz of apples. We doing great at increasing our eating.

Apples to Apples

Today we moved Ramon to apples, he seems to really like them. We also managed to fall asleep on our own... only one time, but it's progress!! Other then that we watched some Rocko's modern life and Hey Arnold. Today was pretty uneventful.

Belly and Back

Today Ramon spent most of the whole day learning to play on the floor or by himself. We're working on spending time not being carried around everywhere and we're doing pretty good. We are being very vocal and learning to sooth our self to sleep...still not there but we are working on it.

Weekend of Sun and Fun

This weekend Ramon, Liz, Penny, and I did plenty of stuff. Saturday I cooked up a storm so that we have precooked meals for the upcoming week. I tried my hand at some Blondies, gotta say they cam out really good. Sunday we went to Church and then we walked 3 miles to the beach for a picnic and 3 miles back... we were all beat. I never saw Penny soooo tired and Liz soooo burned. Over all what a great weekend.

Gone Bananas

Today we moved to mashed bananas, at first Ramon didn't like them(my guess was the jar stuff didn't really taste like banana) but he ate them anyways like a great trooper. We took a long walk today, enjoyed a good amount of belly time and buckets of drool. On to destroy the weekend.

A day of music

We started the morning with great music, some Classical and The Incredibles soundtrack. We rolled over all on our own during belly time and got to play with Penny. Today however was a sleepy day...well sleepy day I just hope we'll sleep through the night too.

2 poops......woohoo

Never have I been so proud of my son, he dropped not one but two terrific turds. After that the day went very smooth. We learned that lil Munchito loves his Penny pup. Penny make him laugh, so that's a great sign of a good friendship for the future. We read "Put me in the Zoo" good and creative book. Til tomorrow!!!

A day of tears and screams

Yup, Ramon chose today to be spoiled. If I put him down he was upset if I picked him he was upset, if I changed, feed burped him he was upset...even while he was sleeping he was upset. With all his craziness we still managed a few great moments. We read the classic Green Eggs and Ham. I'm looking foward to tomorrow being a better day for the both of us.  Check out the crazy eye!!!

another manic monday

Ramon was good for the most part today. We sat down and read Berenstain Bears books. The B book is quite the tongue twister after a few lines. We also watched a few episodes of Avatar the last air bender. Other then that it was a pretty peaceful day, however Mommy is sick, we hope she feels better soon. XOXOXO

The Weekend!!!

This weekend was fun, Ramon got a transition sippy bottle, and a Duplo bucket... Woohoo fun for daddy ... ... ... and son. Mommy is getting sick so we're watching her carefully. Ramon has started screaming like a banshee because he's begun teething...ah the joys of parent hood. We did find that these dissolve-able tablet seem to help. We're getting Bigger every day!!!

Fun Friday

Ahhh yes, what a fun day. Ramon and I sat down and read a few books, we even took a trip to Image Metrics to drop off some stuff and Ramon did great in the subaru forester. For those who ever wonder here are a few items that get us through the day: Tommee Tippee, Baby Bjorn, and The Jumperoo There is more but those would be my main items to start with.

Day Two!!!

Today Ramon finally pooped a poop a day in the making. He was in a much better mood after that. I'm trying to get him to nap in his crib by himself but we're not quite there still it's nice to have him fall asleep on my shoulder. Penny did a great job of making him giggle every time she came close and gave him a good sniff. Today we watched Sleeping Beauty. All in all, today was good.

Today we start our journey!!

Today Mima Barbara flew back to Georgia and Ramon and I started our journey together!! Ramon cried quite a bit but then we calmed down and enjoyed a good Western Movie. We ate a good amount of our peas and took Penny for a good walk.
